Hello, I'm Pourya, a certified data analyst passionate about uncovering interesting stories in data. With my study background in IT (Hardware) and as the founder and former manager of PBS, the exclusive partner of Go Nutrition in the Middle East, I delved into analytics, identifying patterns and insights with Excel. With 2 years in Germany focused on social media marketing and quality control using Excel and SQL, I earned recognition as a top performer for precision. My transition to a data analytics career stems from a strong desire to align my skills with my passion. Diverse experiences and projects at CareerFoundry equipped me with Python and Tableau for spotting patterns and designing dashboards. Now, I seek opportunities, especially in Transport and E-commerce, and I'm open to exploring other sectors. Driven by the prospect of making a meaningful impact through data-driven insights, I'm eager to contribute to efficiency in dynamic sectors.

Beyond Data

You might have already been introduced to Mr. Loui—my cat. He's an essential part of the analysis team,he is tired most of the time but always ready to inject his "meow-insights" whenever necessary . His contributions, albeit in a lighter vein, symbolize the blend of personal touch and professionalism we bring to our work.

In addition to my feline-assisted analytical work, I have a passion for sports— tennis and basketball, in particular. Tennis, however, holds a special place in my heart as my absolute favorite. It's not just a game to me but a way to challenge myself, stay active, and occasionally, unwind.

Travel is another passion of mine (and who doesn't love it?), but my approach might be a tad different. I prefer to linger a little longer in each destination, venturing beyond the tourist trails into local neighborhoods. There's something about experiencing the authentic rhythm of daily life in different cities and countries that fascinates me. Moreover, I'm an avid photographer, always in search of that perfect shot which captures the essence of a place. It's not just about the visual memory; it's about immortalizing a moment that tells a story, the kind that you can't find in glossy travel brochures. After all, the main attractions can be seen on the internet, but the true essence of a place— its heartbeat and hidden corners—is something you have to feel, taste, and live in person. And through my lens, I strive to bring a piece of that authenticity back with me.
