The online grocery industry, led by companies like Instacart, is experiencing substantial growth. This project focuses on conducting initial data exploration and analysis using selected Instacart datasets. Our goals are to derive insights and formulate segmentation strategies based on defined criteria.

Rockbuster Stealth LLC, a movie rental company with a global presence, is transitioning its business model to include an online video rental service due to increasing competition from streaming platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime. As part of this transition, Rockbuster is consolidating its extensive movie licenses to bolster its online offerings.
To support this initiative, all of Rockbuster's data is being migrated to a relational database management system (RDBMS). This data will be leveraged for SQL-based analysis to address various departmental inquiries, including inventory management and customer insights. The insights derived from this analysis will be compiled into a succinct format for presentation to the Rockbuster Stealth Management Board.
